Patient-Derived Cancer Xenograft-Driven Zebrafish-Based Drug Discovery and Precision Medicine

A quantitative in vivo imaging system for zebrafish-based drug discovery was developed originally and precision medicine in clinical oncology by the novel curative susceptibility test of patient-derived xenograft has been established.
