We constructed metabolic syndrome and human cancer transplant models of zebrafish for high content and throughput in vivo screening systems. These systems are suitable for drug discovery and functional food screening. Furthermore, we conduct the transcriptome analysis to reveal the mechanism of the therapeutic compounds.
